The fruits are rough, brown in color, with an elongated elliptical shape, of good size (average 4.5 g), when tasted they have a sweet, excellent taste. The flavor is good and may have double seeds that depreciate its value.
Thunder It is one of the intermediate flowering almond trees, it is a not very vigorous tree with high productivity with a shelled yield of 35 – 40%. Thunder” features almonds with a semi-tender shell (easy to break).
Self-fertile almond variety, whose strong points are the late flowering and the taste of the seed.
It also grows well in the North in sunny positions.
