Farlis
Oval – ellipsoidal shape.
The presentation of the fruit is exceptional: intense orange background color with a bright red overcolor on 50 – 70% of the fruit.
The taste quality is very good: fragrant and aromatic flavor, with a high sugar content and high presence of aromas. The pulp is firm and juicy. The texture of the fruit is very good. The kernel is medium and semi-adherent.
Vigour: HIGH
Habit: RISING
Flowering period: MEDIUM-LATE
Pollinators: SELF-FERTILE
Taste: EXCELLENT
Acidity: MEDIUM
In case of warm temperatures during the summer, the variety may show a bit of internal browning. We recommend that you keep some plant material inside the canopy to avoid the problem. For the two-tone apricots of the Carmingo® range, it is imperative not to harvest early. The fruits have a high hold on the plant. The red overcolour of the epidermis occurs before the commercial ripening phase of the fruit. By anticipating the harvest, you penalize your production both for the size and for the goodness of the fruit.
