Creamy white pulp, compact, crunchy, medium-juicy, sweet and sour, not very aromatic. Fresh consumption, and for desserts. Also good for juices. Very hardy plant with a characteristic deep pink bloom. This interesting variety is native to Almaty (a city in Kazakhstan) from which it takes its name and is distinguished by its very distinctive deep red flesh. Also excellent in the garden for the beautiful pink color of the flowers and young leaves Plants with very high vigor, needs careful pruning otherwise manifests alternating production. Very large ovoid-shaped fruits, low in sugar but very early. Ripens around June 5-10. An oil cultivar widespread in central Italy, with medium vigor and a disorderly, pendulous habit. It is characterized by high adaptability to different environments. It turns out to be well pollinated by Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo as it is self-sterile. This variety is used to pollinate Leccino. It enters production early giving consistently high quantities. Very low in oil content (12.5%). Tolerates cold fairly well but has sensitivity to cycloconium (peacock's eye) and mange. Triploid variety of un ascertained origin with vigorous tree, typically expanded, slow fruiting, good but not always constant productivity, subject to pre-harvest dropout. Fruit coarse, asymmetrical, ribbed,with yellow-greenish skin suffused with soft red in the vocated areas of Trentino, wrinkled, due to the presence of even extensive russeting. Lenticels large, not very numerous, very evident. Flesh creamy-white, tender, melting, sugary, acidulous, moderately aromatic and with high flavor characteristics. White-fleshed platicarpa variety with late flowering and ripening time. The tree has good vigor with semi-expanded habit.
