The Company only collects data that the user voluntarily provides and browsing data.
For consultation of the “public” part of the Site (i.e. the one freely accessible by each user), no provision of personal data of the user is envisaged.
For any contact with the Company by the user through, for example, the sending of e-mail messages, electronic or traditional, to the addresses indicated on the Site, the user’s data must be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with current legislation.

3. Purpose of the processing
The Company processes the personal data that the user has provided on the Site in connection with the use of the Site.
In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

a) provision of the services and functions of the Site (such as, for example, name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, password for log-in – if any, etc.);

5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that are collected through the Site are ensured through appropriate technical measures. All user information is protected with AES 256 Bit encryption. In addition, the site is provided on an encrypted HTTPS connection.
User data are collected, stored and stored on a secure server, protected by a firewall and physically located in Arezzo in a web farm with controlled access. All superuser access is protected by military-grade encryption.

6. Transfer of data to third parties
The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties.
